Chan Caudell
Chan Caudell was a judge on the Superior Court for the Mountain Judicial Circuit in Georgia. He was appointed by Governor Nathan Deal in December 2011, and his most recent term expired in 2016.[1]
Education
Caudell received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.[1]
Career
Caudell has spent most of his career in the private practice of law. Before he joined the court, he worked with the firm Caudell & Hotard, LLC. During this time, he served on the Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Committee. He also served as the commissioner for Habersham County from 2003 to 2004.[1]

2012 election
Caudell ran unopposed for re-election to the Mountain Superior Court.[2] He was re-elected after receiving 99.8 percent of the vote in the July 31 election.[3]
