The Change in Employee Compensation Committee is a standing committee of the Idaho Legislature.

Per the Joint Senate and House Rules, joint committees are led by the chairperson of the Senate committee. In the absence of the Senate chair, the House chairperson leads a joint committee meeting.[1] Committee members are appointed by their respective chamber leadership. Quorum is not defined in the rules.
