I am Chantrisse Burnett, born and raised in New Orleans. From an early age, I learned the importance of hard work. A graduate of McDonogh #35 Senior High School, I earned a Political Science degree and a Master of Public Administration degree from Southern University. I have served as a Youth Service Specialist for the city's oldest non-profit agencies. I am also an active member of my neighborhood association. My passion for my community drives me to serve and to work to help improve District D. "Together We Can!"
