Charles “Brent” Dishman
Charles Dishman (also known as Brent) is an officeholder of the Oklahoma Judicial District 7. Dishman's current term ends in 2026.
Dishman won election to the Oklahoma Judicial District 7 outright in the primary on June 28, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.
Dishman was appointed to the court on October 11, 2021, by Gov. Kevin Stitt (R) to replace Tim Henderson.[1]
Dishman is married to Jodi Dishman.
Education
Dishman received an undergraduate degree from the United States Air Force Academy in 2000 and a J.D. from the University to Oklahoma College of Law in 2005.[1]
Career
Dishman previously served as an officer in the judge advocate generals corps in the United States Air Force. Dishman also worked he as the assistant dean for student affairs at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. [1]
