Charles B. Davis (1877-1943) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

He was nominated by President Calvin Coolidge on January 21, 1924 to a new seat created by 42 Stat. 837. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 31, 1924, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on March 3, 1943. Davis was succeeded in this position by Rubey Hulen.
