Charles Bernstein
Charles Bernstein (Democratic Party) is a judge of the Orphans Court of Baltimore City in Maryland. He assumed office on December 1, 2014. His current term ends on December 31, 2026.
Bernstein (Democratic Party) ran for re-election for judge of the Orphans Court of Baltimore City in Maryland. He won in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Biography
Education
Bernstein received his undergraduate degree from Western Maryland College in 1961. He went on to earn his J.D. in 1967 from the University of Maryland School of Law.[1]

Primary: He was successful in the Democratic primary on June 24, 2014, receiving 19.3 percent of the vote. He competed against Stephan W. Fogleman, Granville Templeton, III, Mark H. Weisner, and incumbent Judges Michele E. Loewenthal and Lewyn Scott Garrett.
General: He was unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014. Three seats were up for election.
