Charles Stanley Blair (1927-1980) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.[1]

Blair was nominated by President Richard Nixon on July 14, 1971, to a new seat created by 84 Stat. 294; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 29, 1971, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on April 20, 1980.[1] Blair was succeeded in this position by Norman Ramsey.
