Charles Curtiss (b. February 9, 1947) was a Democratic member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing District 43. He was first elected to the chamber in 1994 and resigned January 1, 2014.[1]

Biography

Curtiss received his diploma from Glencliff High School. He has worked in manufacturing and construction. Curtiss has served as Commissioner/Executive for White County. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Curtiss won re-election in the 2012 election for Tennessee House of Representatives, District 43. Curtiss ran unopposed in the August 2 primary election and defeated Robert F. Dunham (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
