Charles Dickens Clark (1847-1908) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee.

He was nominated by President Grover Cleveland on December 17, 1894. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 21, 1895, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on March 15, 1908.[1] Clark was succeeded in this position by Edward Terry Sanford.
