Charles E. Clawson, Jr.
Charles Ed Clawson, Jr. is the Division 3 circuit judge of the Twentieth Circuit of Arkansas. Governor Jim Guy Tucker appointed him as a circuit judge in 1995 and he was first elected to the third division in 1996. He was re-elected to the Twentieth Circuit on May 20, 2014 for a term expiring in 2020.[1][2][3][4]

Education
Clawson earned his undergraduate degree at Hendrix College and his J.D. at the University of Arkansas.[5]
Career
Before serving as Twentieth Circuit judge, Clawson was a deputy prosecuting attorney and had a private practice. He was admitted to the bar in 1978.[5][2]
