Charles E. Parsons
Charles E. Parsons was a judge of the Twenty-Second Circuit Court, which presides over Hardy, Hampshire, and Pendleton counties in West Virginia.[1] He first joined the bench in January 1, 2011, and his term expired on December 31, 2016.[2]
Education
Parsons received both his undergraduate degree and J.D. from West Virginia University.[3]

2010 election
Parsons ran unopposed in the Republican primary. In the general election, he defeated Democratic incumbent Jerry D. Moore and was elected to the Twenty-Second Circuit Court with 51.28 percent of the vote.[5]
