Charles Freel
Charles Freel (Democratic Party) (also known as Bud) was a member of the Delaware House of Representatives, representing District 4. He assumed office on March 8, 2022. He left office on November 8, 2022.
Freel (Democratic Party) ran in a special election to the Delaware House of Representatives to represent District 4. He won in the special general election on March 5, 2022.
Biography
Charles Freel earned a degree in accounting from the University of Delaware. Freel's career experience includes co-owning O’Friel’s Irish Pub and Restaurant.[1]
