Charles Britton Fulton (1910-1996) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Britton was nominated by President John F. Kennedy on April 4, 1963, to a new seat created by 75 Stat. 80; he was confirmed by the Senate on April 24, 1963, and received his commission on April 26th. He served as chief judge from 1966-1977. He assumed senior status on June 30, 1978, and served in that capacity until his death on May 15, 1996. Fulton was succeeded in this position by Jose Gonzalez.
