Charles M. Goodwin is a former Independent member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Windham-Bennington-Windsor from 2012 to 2015. Goodwin did not seek re-election in 2014.

Goodwin won election in the 2012 election for Vermont House of Representatives Windham-Bennington-Windsor. Goodwin defeated Emmett Dunbar (I) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[1]
