Charles H. Pelton
Charles H. Pelton was a judge of the Seventh District of Iowa. He was appointed to this position in 1974, and retired in December 2012.[1][2]
Education
Pelton was born in Clinton, Iowa. He received his bachelor's and law degrees from the University of Iowa in 1962 and 1966, respectively. He is now married and has five children.[1]
Career
Pelton served in the Iowa House of Representatives from 1966 to 1972. He also worked as a private practice lawyer and, for one year, chaired the OSHA Review Commission.[1]
