Charles Henry Robb
Charles Henry Robb (1867-1939) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
He received a recess appointment from President Theodore Roosevelt on October 5, 1906 to fill a seat vacated by Charles Holland Duell. On December 3, 1906, he was nominated. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 11th, and received commission that same day. He assumed senior status on November 15, 1937. He served until his death on June 10, 1939.[1]
