Charles Hogshead
Charles Hogshead was an Oklahoma special district court judge for Tulsa County, which is located in District 14. He first joined the court in December 1997, and retired in June 2013.[1]
Education
Hogshead received a B.A. in English from Duke University in 1971. He graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law with his J.D. in 1974.[1]
