Biography
Isenhart's professional experience includes working as the Executive Director of the Dubuque Area Labor-Management Council.[1]

Isenhart won re-election to the 27th District seat against Hank Linden (R). In the June 8th primary election, Isenhart defeated Democratic primary opponent Kenneth Oglesby by a margin of 1,050 to 166. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[12]
