Jackson was born on January 1, 1971, in Hartford, Connecticut. He has attended classes at the University of Connecticut. His professional experience includes working as a freelance investigative journalist, handyman, bouncer, and professional gig economist. He has also worked as a butcher, baker, and candlestick maker.[1]

|Moved to be educated in Bloomfield, and now lives in the Village of Wilson. He resides with his wife of 20 years, and their 14 & 8 year old boys. Jackson's professional career in journalism started at the age of 10 to the present day Charles has received numerous awards and nominations. Most notably 2 National Academy of the Art & Science Emmy nominations. As well as a Photographer of the year award from the National Association of Broadcasters. In 2014 Charles Jackson was the first Person of Color to hold the title of Worshipful Master within the A.F.A..M. Connecticut Freemason Fraternity. Charles Jackson is also a member of many local boards, committees, and councils. Including being the Treasurer of the Hartford Area Cable Television Access Council. He is Secretary of the Wilson Deerfield Advisory Committee. He is also a sitting board member of WinTv, and a member of the Windsor Fair Housing Commission. The number of community programs Jackson has participated in are too numerous to list. What can be said that in all the local events, programs, and meetings he has never once seen his state rep, in attendance. Except for when it is time to beg for money to be relected to take even more money, and do nothing, but provide lip service. Charles Windsor Jackson, III is the only candidate that is endorsemed 2x, and used a library card & pen not your money to do so.
Vote Jackson- Get involved in local matters. The smaller the better to get started.
- Don't start nothing, and there won't be nothing. In most cases people have more to worry about from people they know than strangers. Protect your neck, and be smart about how you carry yourself
- People are People how can it be...that you and I can get along so awfully? Stop letting national politics dictate the local narrative.
If elected I will secured Brick and Mortar funding designed to rehabilitate those two schools.
In Hartford my elementary school John C. Clark has been empty for almost a decade.
Rogsr Wolcott my oldest son's preschool is also vacant. Both schools are salvageable.
In my opinion they are in perfect locations to be converted & utilized as business incubator space.
Speaking off space...Wilson's last piece of Open Space is being groomed by developers for development. This open space is the site of the Wilson Volunteer Fire Department's Annual Carnival. It is also the site where community members have gathered to use as personal open space for weddings, repasses, and other celebrations. This Wilson & this Open Space is also the bridge between the Northend of Hartford, and Windsor.
I am proud to say that I am the recipient of those books.
For the last 25 years I have been writing in my own book. I hope to leave my Oldest son Daniel the knowledge of 3 generations. What happened yesterday, last week, last month, last year, and last decade will happen again until someone makes a change.
I want my son to learn like I did, but I'm just "C.J." Constable Jackson.

Then once the elected has heard from the people he/she must act on those concerns as if they were their own.
If I don't try I've failed before I even got started.

A state rep is the middle management between the citizens and the state. If there's a problem with h ow the state is working with you then call your elected State Customer Representative.
If that Representative doesn't bother to call you back, or remember what you said to him a week earlier follow my lead.
I was class treasurer in 1986. I clearly remember counting monies in the school office. The tv was on, and when the count down started the office got silent. No one moved...made a sound, and all focus was on a barely in tune television set.
10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Blastoff the room roared in celebration. Hugs, applause, and joy filled the normally quite office.
The moment we all sat back in our chairs to do the business at hand...tragedy struck.
As I looked up at the screen.my hands opened up, and all of the change I held hit the floor.
It was all slomo from there on end.
I was 15 years old, and there isn't a day that I don't think about this day.
I think about it, but not because of the tragic nature of the explosion. Not because I'm scarred for life, but rather in awe.
Those brave 7 astronauts knew the risks, and risked it all to do what they loved doing. Including the 7th Sallh Ride the only civilian.
That's why I do what I do.
I am still in television at 49, but on a freelance basis for now.
If I told you then you wouldn't get the book
"There is a school of thought that when someone is lost they should consult a map. I believe In Zen Navigation, and I follow people that look like they know where they're going. I quite often don't end up where I wanted to go. Rather I usually end up where I needed to be".
Then the feeling of being held back by lighter america because of my skin color.
When the chambers are mixed thats when the fighting starts. Then compromises begin, and the common good can begin to be served.
I wish. Those compromises come at a cost, and usually someone has made a deal to back down in exchange for some kind of spending on their behalf.
Our grand parents had to ratio sugar, gas, and metals because the government told us to.
IN 2020 the government asked us to wear masks, and half the country went crazy .
America and CT are the greatest because we the people are free, and there's the rub.
Because we are free wenthe people free like we can do what we want when we want.
It starts off like a great idea, and then over a short period people just lose there minds ,and our quality of life goes way down. A perfect example has shown up due to the Covid-19 quarrantine.
Society didn't even last 30 days before going nuts.
Fireworks every night...all night.
Unregistered vehicles ripping up down the streets & highways.
Just basic common curiosity went right out the window in less than 30 days.
The question was regarding the next decade.
Receive a salary for a job. Do the job, and go home.
The parties when there are only 2 big parties just puts executive & legislative branches on a see saw.
Build relationships through common concerns not by affiliations. We currently have basic nepotism.
Who would favor one that is unjust,corrupt, or gerrymandered to favor one party over the other.
I like the idea of districts being zones that don't change, but over time that too wouldn't be fair or just.
Public Health, and Transportation committees as well.
I can only tell you that proven liars, politicians that get caught, but never face justice are why I'm on the Ballot Twice for the same position.
He lost his mother in-law, wife, and effectively his son.
The system failed him in every way.
From the police giving access to the home/scene to someone that didn't live in the home. A person that ransacked the home. The very same person that raised funds for final expense, and has yet to pay the ambulance bills, but still has his hand out for more.
The hospital that discharged Mr. Dzurenka without out any assistance or clothing.
To the over burdened Housing Authority that doesn't have space for victims of serious crime.
