Charles James Maxfield
Charles James Maxfield is a circuit court judge for the 19th Judicial Circuit Court in Fairfax County, Virginia.[1] He began serving as a judge on the court on February 1, 2007, and retired from the bench on December 31, 2014.[2][3][4]
Education
Maxfield received his undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy and his J.D. degree from the College of William and Mary.[2]
