Charles Jenkins (b. December 18, 1962) was a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates. He represented District 3B since his appointment in January 2010.

Prior to joining the House, Jenkins served on the Board of County Commissioners of Frederick County from December 2006 to January 13, 2010.

Jenkins works as a realtor for Re/Max 100 and served in the U.S. Navy from 1983-87.
