Charles T. (Tom) Keen was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 16 of the Indiana State Senate.

Keen ran in the 2012 election for Indiana State Senate District 16. He ran unopposed in the May 8 Democratic primary and was defeated by incumbent David C. Long (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
