Charles M. Barnard is a judge for the 89th District Court in Texas.[1] He was appointed to the court by Governor Greg Abbott on March 23, 2015. Barnard filled the vacancy created by the death of former Judge Mark Price.[2] Barnard won election to a four-year term on November 8, 2016.
