Charles Joseph McNamee (1890-1964) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

McNamee was nominated by President Harry Truman on February 8, 1951, to a seat vacated by Robert Wilkin; he was confirmed by the Senate on March 6, 1951, and received his commission on March 9th. He served as chief judge for a time during 1960. He served until his death on May 2, 1964.[1]
