Charles Merton Merrill
Charles Merton Merrill was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.[1] Merrill died on March 29, 1996.

Charles Merrill was nominated by Dwight D. Eisenhower on August 27, 1959. He was confirmed by the Senate on September 14, 1959, and received his commission on September 21st. Merrill assumed senior status on October 8, 1974. His service ended with his death on March 29, 1996.[1]
