Campaign website

Montoya's campaign website stated the following:

MY GOALS FOR THE DISTRICT

COMMUNITY

My plans are two fold:

Build up the existing community and be a destination for the rest of the city's residents.

GROWTH

We need housing that is affordable and enjoyable. We need businesses to be planted, cultivated, and grown. I believe that things don't just grow after you plant them; they have to be tended to. I plan to make this a personal mission.

ECONOMIC

We spend a lot of money on taxes, that money needs to be used wisely and, if possible, reduced to allow residents to keep in their pockets.
