Biography
Charles Rambo was born in Gary, Indiana. He served in the U.S. Air Force Reserve from 1986 to 1994. He graduated from Gupton-Jones Mortuary College in 1988. His career experience includes working in law enforcement.[1]

- Inmates can expect five-star accommodations of internal order and discipline. High sanitation, access to legal services, and reintegration opportunities into society will be supported by:
Addressing statutory repairs in the current jail facilities. Structuring para-military regimentation in inmate housing zones .
Combat Inmate Violence and Contraband under existing law, and with a proposed legislation Gauging performance management of healthcare and mental health counseling contracts.
Establishing checks and balances with the judicial branch to manage inmate populations effectively.
Enforcing Georgia immigration laws while ensuring detainees' constitutional rights and equal justice. - Expect Sheriff public policy expertise and proven influence among federal, state, and county legislators: Presenting accurate and timely information for branches of government to fund all constitutionally mandated functions.
