Charles L. Rich is a judge for the Bedford County General Sessions Court in Tennessee. He also has jurisdiction in the Bedford County Juvenile Court. He is based out of Shelbyville, Tennessee.[1] He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires on August 31, 2022.[2]
