Charles Robert Richey (1923-1997) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

Richey was nominated by President Richard Nixon on April 14, 1971, to a seat vacated by Edward Curran; he was confirmed by the Senate on April 29, 1971, and received commission on May 5. He assumed senior status on January 23, 1997, and served in that capacity until his death shortly thereafter, on March 19, 1997.[1]
