  • Election Integrity or assurance that the election proceds is secured is essential to every decision that lawmakers must make.. It guranteesvto the electorate a sense of fairness and honesty. The fact that severe anomalies existed in the 2020 election, should be sufficient enough to drive an investigation.
  • We must bring our legislators home to their rrspective districts. They cannot adequately repredent, We tge People, if they are only home on weekends. It just doesn't work. Covid alongbwith other industries taught us they can work remotely. In addition, there is a grave distrust betwrrn the general electorate and politicians. This waybwe can keep an eye on them
  • There is a need for greater accountability. Our senator purchased $30 million of land at a tome when peoplecare havingbto cjoose between buying food, gas for cars or medicine and veterans are homeless. Yet he presrnts no defense agains5 bringingnin illehals. He has no voice and is as spineless as they come. Time for a change.
Election law, secretary of state functions, Goal setting and prioritization of activities, reducing government size and assuring operations are Constitutionally based, eliminating franking privledge during campaign season.
I look to several depending on the specific discipline.

First, to the life of Jesus Christ as a leader, as a purist and his humility. God gave us the standard to use to guide our lives.
Second, I look to Leonardo in terms of science, because he inderstood difficult concepts, but was able to convey them in intricate drawings.
Third, in Quality, Dr. W. Edwards Deming because of his understanding of the Root Cause Analysis and the basis of failure.
Fourth, in Sociology and Human Resources, Dr. Leo Buscaglia. He believed in reaching out to others with a hug, a handshake and a smile.

Fifth, in work ethic and mentorship, my father and Beulah Bait and Tackle owner, Robert Hefner. I use all to guide me this far in life, and I am certain, I will use them in my remaining years as well.
I apologize for not but perhaps a starting point would be All Politics is Local by Tip Oneal, Stealing Elections by John Fund, andJudicial Deceit by Justice Elizabeth Weaver.
Listening, and being able to detail the concern in simple terms to the electorate.
1. Educational Experience Masters in Mgmt and Doctorate almost complete. Skilled in leadership, management and methodical problem solving.

2. Work experience: Brought based corporate at all levels including leadership in aerospace at Executive level.
3. Coaching and Team building- 28 yrs soccer including Premier.
4. Faith- 44 years Christian at all levels of leadership and service.

5. Graduate of MPLP program.
Serving the people to the best of their ability, upholding the Constitution, remaining humble and working to reduce legislation and simplify.
Honesty, openess, fairness and humble service.
My first event was going off to college as it qas my first time on my own. This was at Michigan State University in 1972 and I was 18. The second event was joining the Air Force in late 1972 and I turned 19. II learned so.much and was able to travel and meet great friends who remain even today. The third event was my marriage in 1980 and we reamain maried just passing our 42 nd anniversary, yesterday. I was 26 yrs old.
Worked summers and sometimes weekends in fall and winter at Beulah Bait and Tackle. Thw job allowed me to learn sommany aspects of business, but also about serving others and fairness. I had an excellent mentor in a guy wr called Beulah Bob, Robert Hefner. I worked gfor hom at least for 6 years.
Churchill Trials by Dr. Larry Arnt, Stealing Elections by John Fund
Just the Way You Are by Bruno Mars.
Nothing that I can't seek guidance and do.
Working toward common goals and objectives similar to what we do in corporate Currently, there are none and they wander aimlessly along like vahabonds. They have no real leadership as it has become a mere musical chairs based on seniority not ability.
Establishing clear goals and objectives with detailed strategic plans for righting the state in 10 key areas, involving each of the counties. Educating each county in these plans and working with each to establish a win win.
The benefits of a Unicameral legislature are reduction in costs, more expedient in implementation and less game playing. Reducing the size of government yet mainitaining checks and balances is essential. Looking at our bicammeral system, ai see duplication of efforts and essentially no beneficial outcomes. In terms of expertise, I testified before the Senate oversight and saw uninformed senators and repugnant behavior.
No , but they need to.have more of an understanding of the process and more life experiences working in a job, not just theoretical concepts. Just like Doctoral and some masters programs require 2 yrs work between.
Absolutely. It starts with truth. With Truth you build trust. With Trust you build relationships. With relationships you build communitoes, cities states and Nations. It beginswith seeking the Truth.
Not the most recent as it was tragically flawed. My suggestion is the committee be made up of members from the countolies Board of Canvassers. You would run for the Board with nominations coming from each party and there had to.be equal numbers of Dems, Republicans and Independents.
Natural Resources, Ways and Means, Appropriations, Restructuring Government Legislative Process and Education
Ronald Reagan, Winston Churchill, Abe Lincoln, Margaret Thatcher and Moses for starters. Certainly, there are more. There are no current legislators im Michigan that I admire. I would look to.replacing the entire lot as none have challenged either the House or Senate Rules which are akin to blackmail and strip the power of our votes
I am never good at telling jokes.
Not without checks and balances and serious oversight an always validated back to the Constitution.
Compromise is necessary in all aspects of life nut compromise is on the pathway chosen not on fundamental.principles. If you cave on principles, then what do you stand on or for. You are elected to make decisions to improve life according to the standards. If you compromise on the standards then effectively, over time, you have no standsrds.
