Charles Robinson is the former Arkansas Treasurer. He first assumed this position on May 29, 2013, when he was named to complete the term of Martha Ann Shoffner (D), who resigned after her arrest on charges of political corruption.[1] Robinson was succeeded by Dennis Milligan (R) on January 13, 2015.

Robinson was prohibited by state law to run for a full term as treasurer in the 2014 election.

Coming out of retirement to serve as state treasurer, Robinson previously spent 34 years at the Division of Legislative Audit, including 28 years as the legislative auditor. He retired in 2007.[1]
