Biography
Charles Sammons is from Crum, West Virginia.[1] He earned a bachelor's degree from Marshall University and a doctorate from the West Virginia University School of Dentistry. Sammons’ career experience includes working as a dentist with his own dental practice and as a track laborer with the Norfolk and Western Railroad.[2][3]
