Charles W. Dortch is a judge on the Vicinage 4 Superior Court in New Jersey. He serves on the Family Division.[1] Dortch was appointed to the court in 2004 and achieved tenure status in September 2011. He will serve on the court until he reaches 70 years of age in 2028.[2]
