Charles R. Weiner (1922-2005) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Weiner was nominated by President Lyndon Johnson on May 24, 1967, to a new seat created by 80 Stat. 75; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 12, 1967, and received commission two days later.[1] He assumed senior status on December 31, 1988, and served in that capacity until his death on November 9, 2005. Weiner was succeeded in this position by Ronald Buckwalter.
