Biography
Charles Winn was born in San Francisco, California. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1969 to 1994. Winn studied at Florida State University, the University of Goettingen, and the University of Florida. He earned a graduate degree from the University of Florida Medical School in 1970. Winn’s career experience includes working as a physician.[1]

- Education must prepare the youth of this country for the future. To do less robs them of their future and the country of its most valuable resource, our children
Education is the ladder to upward mobility. Every child should be able to climb as high as their talents and efforts can take them.
