Charles Woods is a retired elementary school principal. Woods earned his Bachelor's degree from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master's and specialist degrees from Southern Illinois University. Woods is a volunteer with the Boy Scouts and has been recognized by the North Star District with the Polaris Award.[1]
