Charles A. Yeargan was the Division 2 judge of the Ninth Circuit West of Arkansas. He began serving in 1997.[1][2][3][4] Yeargan retired at the end of his term in 2020.[5]

Yeargan earned both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas.[6]
