Two Charlestown Township Current Expenses Tax Levy questions were on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Portage County, which is in Ohio, where they were approved.
Both of these question authorized the Township of Charlestown to renew two property tax levies of 0.7 mills ($0.7 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) and 1.5 mills ($1.5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) respectively for five years in order to fund the current expenses of the Township.[1]
