Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

Shall the 1.16 mills limitation ($1.16 on each $1,000 of taxable valuation) on the annual property tax previously approved by the electors of Charlevoix-Emmet Intermediate School District, Michigan, for the education of students with a disability be renewed and increased by 1.16 mills ($1.16 on each $1,000 of taxable valuation), for a period of 4 years, 2012 to 2015, inclusive; the estimate of the revenue the intermediate school district will collect if the millage is approved and levied in 2012 is approximately $5,937,963 from local property taxes authorized herein?[5]
