Charlie Borders

Charlie Borders was a Republican member of the Kentucky State Senate, representing District 18 from 1991 to 1999. He was replaced by Robin Webb (D) in a special election held in 2009. Borders resigned to take a position as a commissioner at the Kentucky Public Service Commission.[1]
