Charlie Crawford

Charlie Crawford is a Brevard County judge of the 18th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He was elected in November of 2006 and took office the following January. His current term expires in January of 2019.[1][2]
Education
Crawford received his B.S. degree from Florida State University in 1987 and his J.D. degree from Samford University-Cumberland School of Law in 1992.[1]
Career
Crawford began his career in April of 1994 at the Orange County Texas District Attorney's Office. He prosecuted child abuse and sex crimes there until August of 1997. He then joined the Brevard County State Attorney's Office, where he continued to prosecute sex crimes. In March of the following year, he joined the law firm of Cianfrogna, Telfer, Reda, Faherty and Anderson, P.A. He then started his own law office in February of 1999 and worked in that capacity until he joined the circuit court in January of 2007.[3]
2012 election
Crawford was unopposed and automatically re-elected following the primary election on August 14, 2012.[4]
