Charmaine Stiaes
Charmaine Stiaes (b. May 27, 1966) is a former Democratic member of the Louisiana House of Representatives. She represented the 99th District from 2004 to 2012.
Stiaes has worked as an Associate for Landry Swarr, law clerk in Civil District Court for Judge Julien and Judge Piper Griffin, Assistant City Attorney of New Orleans - City Attorney's Blighted Housing Unit, and legal counsel to the Saturday Scholars Program Foundation.
She is a member of the Democratic Caucus, Louisiana Legislative Black Caucus, Louisiana Legislative Women's Caucus, and the Orleans Delegation.[1]
