Wagner was a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 22 from 2007 to 2012.[1]
Biography
Wagner earned her B.A. in public policy from the University of Chicago. She went on to receive her J.D./certificate in civil litigation from the University of Pittsburgh. Her professional experience includes working as a policy analyst and as an attorney for Rosen Louik & Perry.
