Chelsea Oliver is a writer, designer, and change maker. She is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a proven track record for developing and executing award-winning marketing and events, building infectious company cultures, and elevating brands and communities.

She is the co-founder of the Corry Young Professionals Network and a board member for the Corry Higher Education Council, Corry Arts Council, and the Northwest PA Trail Association. She was formally the chairwoman of Impact Corry and the parks and properties director as a Corry City Councilwoman, and was named the Corry Chamber of Commerce's Volunteer of the Year in 2019.

Chelsea is an experienced political leader and true community champion who is running for PA House District 4 State Representative because she believes in the potential of the district and all of the people who call it home.
  • District 4 deserves an experienced political leader and true community champion. Chelsea has served in public office on Corry's City Council and has worked with multiple nonprofit organizations to create transformational growth throughout her community. She intends to create an environment that brings people together and does not engage in divisive causes. She will fight for opportunity for all members of District 4 as a unifying voice in Harrisburg.
  • Chelsea's platform focuses on areas of opportunity that will create a level playing field for rural communities and small towns, especially those in District 4. By securing affordable and accessible broadband, potential for growth can be imagined. Through broadband access, Chelsea is able to then focus on preparing our students for the future, developing our workforce and attracting talent, and providing healthcare and mental health resources. Each of these areas rely on being able to provide high-speed Internet throughout the district, something that Chelsea is extremely passionate about and has been working towards through her involvement with Impact Corry, Corry City Council, and the Corry Higher Education Council.
  • We must progress through our district's natural resources and areas of opportunity. Chelsea is focused on advancing out district through agritourism and preserving our green spaces. Through her work with the Northwest PA Trail Association, Impact Corry, and formally as Corry City Council's parks and properties director, Chelsea has seen the economic and well-being advantages through the development of outdoor recreation. Also, by working with local farmers to "future-proof" their businesses and by co-hosting Corry's Farmer's Market, Chelsea is acutely aware of how to reimagine agriculture for sustainability and local economic development. These areas are uniquely distinct to District 4 and create opportunity for significant growth.
Chelsea's focus is constantly on potential and areas of growth and development and how everyone throughout the district is able to play a role and driving our communities forward. By connecting our communities through affordable and accessible broadband so we can prepare and equip our students for the future, develop our local workforce and attract talent, provide healthcare and mental health resources, invest in our aging infrastructure, and advance our district through agritourism opportunities and preserving our green spaces; we can create a more sustainable district that is inclusive of everyone who chooses our area to live, work, and play. Chelsea's policies focus on localized issues and where we can create opportunity for our folks that directly elevates their day-to-day life, not divisive causes.
