Cherie Clark is a judge on the Southeast Judicial District in North Dakota. She was appointed by Governor Doug Burgum (R) on July 7, 2017, to replace Judge John E. Greenwood. Clark took office on August 7, 2017.[1]
Biography
Both from the University of South Dakota, Clark received a bachelor's degree in 1996 and a J.D. in 2000. She was an assistant state's attorney in Cass County from 2006 until her judicial appointment in 2017. She previously served as assistant county attorney in Otter Tail County, Minnesota.[1]
