Cheryl Helmer (Republican Party) was a member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 79. She assumed office in 2019. She left office on January 9, 2023.
Helmer (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the Kansas House of Representatives to represent District 79. She lost in the Republican primary on August 2, 2022.
Biography
Cheryl Helmer earned a master of education from Wichita State University in 2002. Helmer’s career experience includes working as an adjunct professor with Wichita State University, a guidance counselor with Unified School District 259, and as a school counselor with Wichita Allen Elementary School.[1]
