Education
Rowles-Stokes received her J.D. from the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law.[1]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Rowles-Stokes was the Chief Deputy District Attorney for the Eighteenth Judicial District from 2001 to 2012. She has also worked in human resources with High Speed Access Corp. and the firm Rifkin & Associates.[1]
