Chester & Robinson Township Fire and Road Levy Measures, 2 (August 2010)
Two Chester & Robinson Township Fire and Road Levy Measures were on the August 3, 2010 ballot in the townships of Chester and Robinson which are in Ottawa County.
The Chester measure sought to renew the current fire levy of $1.50 per $1,000 of assessed property for a further four years in order to pay for fire and emergency services offered in the township.
The Robinson measure sought to increase the current road levy by $1 per $1,000 of assessed property for a further seven years in order to provide funds for the construction, maintenance and repair of roads in the township.[1]
