East Whiteland Township, Pennsylvania, Income Tax and Property Tax for Open Space Funding Measure (November 2024):  ✔

A "yes" vote supported enacting a township earned income tax of no more than 0.05%, which is $5 per $10,000 of earned income, and increasing the township property tax by no more than $45 per $100,000 of assessed value to provide funding for open space preservation, public recreation, and natural resource protection.

A "no" vote opposed enacting a township earned income tax of no more than 0.05%, which is $5 per $10,000 of earned income, and increasing the township property tax by no more than $45 per $100,000 of assessed value to provide funding for open space preservation, public recreation, and natural resource protection.

New Garden Township, Pennsylvania, Property Tax for Kennet Library Measure (November 2024):  ✖

A "yes" vote supported increasing New Garden Township’s real estate property tax dedicated to Kennet Library by $10 per $100,000 of assessed value.

A "no" vote opposed increasing New Garden Township’s real estate property tax dedicated to Kennet Library by $10 per $100,000 of assessed value.

Uwchlan Township, Pennsylvania, Income Tax for Open Space Funding Measure (November 2024):  ✔

A "yes" vote supported increasing the township earned income tax by no more than 0.25%, which is $25 per $10,000 of earned income, to provide funds to purchase property for open space.

A "no" vote opposed increasing the township earned income tax by no more than 0.25%, which is $25 per $10,000 of earned income, to provide funds to purchase property for open space.

Honey Brook Township, Pennsylvania, Increase Size of Township Board of Supervisors Measure (November 2023):  ✖

A "yes" vote supported increasing the size of the Honey Brook Township Board of Supervisors from three to five supervisors.

A "no" vote opposed this measure, thus keeping the size of the Honey Brook Township Board of Supervisors at three supervisors.

Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, Real Estate Tax Increase for Library Funding Measure (November 2023):  ✔

A "yes" vote supported increasing the Borough of Kennett Square's real estate tax from $1,025 to $1,045 per $100,000 of property assessment to provide funding for the library.

A "no" vote opposed increasing the borough's real estate tax from $1,025 to $1,045 per $100,000 of property assessment to provide funding for the library.

Phoenixville Area School District, Pennsylvania, Eliminate Occupation Tax and Increase Income Tax Measure (November 2023):  ✔

A "yes" vote supported eliminating the school district's occupation tax and increasing the earned income tax rate from 0.5% to a maximum of 0.6%.

A "no" vote opposed eliminating the school district's occupation tax and increasing the earned income tax rate.


2022

November 8

Westtown Township, Pennsylvania, Crebilly Farm Open Space Fund Tax Measure (November 2022):  ✔

A "yes" vote supported this referendum to:

  • enact an earned income tax (EIT) of up to 0.8%; 
  • enact a real property tax of up to 0.42 mills ($42 per $100,000 of a property's assessed value);
  • use the revenue from the taxes to purchase interest in real property for open space benefits, as defined in law, including the preservation of Crebilly Farm.

A "no" vote opposes this referendum to enact an earned income tax (EIT) and a real property tax and use the revenue to purchase interest in real property for open space benefits, including the preservation of Crebilly Farm.
