Chester F. Darlington was a judge for Magisterial District 15-2-05, covering the borough of Malvern, and the townships of East Whiteland (3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th wards), East Goshen, and Willistown in Chester County. Darlington retired when his term expired in 2014. One reason was to allow his district to close under the new organization plan proposed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
